Mild to moderate crowding is usually resolved by gently expanding the arch and, where needed, creating fractions of a millimetre of space between teeth — a painless procedure called interproximal reduction.
Severe crowding occasionally still needs an extraction to create room. We'll always tell you honestly if that's the case, and show you the digital plan either way.

Aligners are changed roughly weekly and worn 20–22 hours a day. Most crowding cases finish within six to eighteen months, followed by retainers to hold the result.
