Stop the cause, then restore the shape.
Rebuilding worn teeth without addressing grinding or acid erosion simply puts new material into the same destructive environment, and it wears or chips again.
We measure the wear, identify whether it's grinding, acid or abrasion, protect the teeth — usually with a splint and enamel care — and then rebuild length and shape with bonding, onlays or crowns.

- 02Flat, shiny facets on the biting surfaces
- 03Chipped or translucent front edges

- 05Yellower appearance as enamel thins
- 06Fillings standing higher than the tooth around them

In discomfort right now?
Heavily worn teeth can become very sensitive or ache when you bite. Call us and we'll cover the exposed surfaces to settle the discomfort while we plan the longer-term rebuild.
A plan, not a quick fix.
We'll photograph and record the wear so we can monitor it, provide a protective night splint, and stage the rebuild with composite bonding, onlays or crowns to restore length, function and appearance.
